At Diverse Effect we follow a streamlined process.  This begins with fully understanding what our clients are looking for in their perfect candidate.

We use this information to target the most qualified candidates within our internal and external networks.

We proceed with extensive vetting which allows us to narrow down hundreds of potential applicants to only the top talent.  As a result, on average our clients only have to review/ interview between 3-5 candidates before they find their next hire.
